- It consisted by the educators selected including the principal as overseer.

- Educators identify learners with problems the refer learners to the committee.

- This committee support learners spiritually, physically and emotionally.

- The committee do home visits to the identified learners.

- Then if the learner needs social worker they link with the social workers so that the problem will be solved easily if the needs of the learners are the shelter.
